NHTSA Requests Public Comment on Proposed Phase-In Reporting Requirements for FMVSS 208

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) is seeking public comment on its intention to request approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for a reinstatement with modification of a previously-approved information collection related to phase-in reporting requirements for the revised Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) 208, "Occupant crash protection".
