NHTSA Proposes to Update Seating Systems Standard
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) is proposing to remove outdated requirements from Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS) No. 207, Seating Systems, aimed at improving safety and reducing regulatory burden.
