NHTSA Revokes 1975 Environmental Impact Procedures

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has rescinded its 1975 procedures for considering environmental impacts due to their outdated nature and the promulgation of updated Department-wide National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) procedures.
