OCC, Board, FDIC, CFTC, and SEC Adopt Interim Final Rule on Collateralized Debt Obligations

The OCC, Board, FDIC, CFTC, and SEC are adopting a common interim final rule that allows banking entities to hold investments in certain pooled investment vehicles that primarily invest in community banking securities, as mandated by the Dodd-Frank Act.
