NCUA Issues Interim Final Rule to Correct System of Records and Exempt from Privacy Act Requirements

The National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) Board is issuing an interim final rule to correct the numbering of a system of records and exempt another system from certain requirements of the Privacy Act of 1974, effective immediately.
