NCUA Proposes to Remove Outdated Nondiscrimination Regulation in Lending

The NCUA Board is publishing a proposed rule to remove a redundant regulation regarding nondiscrimination in lending, which has not kept up with changes in Fair Housing Act interpretation and implementation since its last amendment in 2001.
