NCUA Proposes Rule to Increase Thresholds for Depository Institution Management Interlocks Act

The NCUA Board is seeking comment on a proposed rule that would increase the major assets prohibition thresholds to $10 billion to account for changes in the US banking market since 1996, and remove a presumption related to minority or female-controlled institutions.
