The Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council has submitted Amendment 23 to the Mackerel, Squid, and Butterfish Fishery Management Plan, which includes a revised Atlantic mackerel rebuilding plan and a 20-fish per person recreational possession limit, for review and approval by the Secretary of Commerce, with the public invited to provide comments.
