Department Proposes Extension of Information Collection Request Under Paperwork Reduction Act

The Department is seeking public comment on an extension of a currently approved information collection request, which is required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, to support State and Local Educational Agency record and reporting requirements under Part B of the Individuals With Disabilities Education Act.
