Continuation of Antidumping Duty Orders on Circular Welded Carbon-Quality Steel Pipe from Oman, Pakistan, and the United Arab Emirates
Summary
The U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. International Trade Commission have determined that revoking antidumping duty orders on circular welded carbon-quality steel pipe from Oman, Pakistan, and the UAE would likely lead to continued dumping and material injury to the US steel pipe industry. As a result, Commerce is publishing a notice continuing the antidumping duty orders.
