FCA US LLC Receipt of Petition for Decision of Inconsequential Noncompliance

FCA US LLC has submitted a petition to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) for a determination that certain noncompliance issues with Ram ProMaster vehicles are inconsequential to motor vehicle safety. The petition was filed in response to a noncompliance report dated April 13, 2023.
