Uniform Procedures for State Highway Safety Grant Programs Final Rule
The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is waiving a requirement for Fiscal Year 2025, allowing state highway safety grant programs to set different targets for common performance measures compared to the State Highway Safety Improvement Program.
