The Office of Economic and Social Analysis (OES) is proposing new data collection activities for the National Evaluation of the American Rescue Plan (ARP) to assess the impact of ARP-funded programs on achieving equitable outcomes. The project aims to provide a systematic evaluation of selected ARP programs to inform program design and delivery across the Federal Government.
