NCUA Proposes to Remove Guidance on Response Programs for Unauthorized Access to Member Information

The NCUA Board is proposing to remove Appendix B to part 748, which provides guidance for federally insured credit unions to address unauthorized access to member information, and instead publish the content as guidance to streamline regulations.
