NMFS Rescinds Control Dates for Northeast Skate Complex Fishery

Summary

The New England Fishery Management Council has decided to discontinue development of limited access alternatives for the skate wing and skate bait fisheries, and has requested that NMFS rescind the existing control dates, effective immediately, as part of Amendment 5 to the Northeast Skate Complex Fishery Management Plan.
