NMFS Adjusts 2021 Winter II Scup Quota and Trip Limit

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has adjusted the 2021 Winter II commercial scup quota and per-trip Federal landing limit to comply with the Summer Flounder, Scup, and Black Sea Bass Fishery Management Plan's Framework Adjustment 3, which allows for the rollover of unused scup quota from Winter I to Winter II.
