NMFS Proposes Approval of Atlantic Sea Scallop Fishery Amendment 21

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is proposing to approve and implement measures from Amendment 21 to the Atlantic Sea Scallop Fishery Management Plan, which aims to promote conservation of the scallop resource in the Northern Gulf of Maine Management Area and manage total removals from the area by all fishery components.
