U.S. Court Postpones Grant Rule Provisions

Summary

The U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia has delayed the implementation of certain provisions of the Uniform Grant Regulation, originally set to take effect on January 12, 2021, and now will go into effect on January 17, 2022, following a ruling in the case of Facing Foster Care et al. v. HHS (21-cv-00308), filed on February 2, 2021.
