NMFS Announces Quota Transfer for Summer Flounder Fishery

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has announced that Virginia will transfer a portion of its 2021 summer flounder quota to Rhode Island, in accordance with the Summer Flounder, Scup, and Black Sea Bass Fishery Management Plan, to adjust the 2021 fishing year quotas for both states.
