National Credit Union Administration Proposes Changes to Leave Transfer and Leave Bank Programs

The National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) is proposing modifications to its system of records notice NCUA-16, which governs the administration of leave transfer and leave bank programs, in an effort to improve the efficiency of these programs.
