Notice of 229 Boundary Revision for the East Tennessee Technology Park (Formerly the Oak Ridge Gaseous Diffusion Plant, K-25)

Summary

The U.S. Department of Energy is issuing a notice to inform the public that it has revised the boundary of the East Tennessee Technology Park, formerly known as the Oak Ridge Gaseous Diffusion Plant, K-25, in accordance with Section 229 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, and is enforcing regulations to prevent trespassing and unauthorized introduction of hazardous materials, as outlined in the Federal Register on August 26, 1963.
