Summary

The Maritime Administration (MARAD) is seeking public comments on a request to waive U.S.-build requirements for the coastwise trade laws to allow a motor yacht, THE GOOD LIFE, to carry up to twelve passengers for hire, provided it is three years old or more, and is authorized to grant such waivers as represented by the Secretary of Transportation.
