NHTSA Requests Public Comments on Vehicle Owner's Manual Requirements for Motor Vehicles and Motor Vehicle Equipment

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) is seeking public comments on its intention to request approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to reinstate a previously approved information collection related to Vehicle Owner's Manual Requirements for Motor Vehicles and Motor Vehicle Equipment. The proposed modification includes regulatory changes made by NHTSA's Adaptive Driving Beam Headlamps final rule and requirements for owner's manuals in existing regulations.
