DOT Adopts Revisions to Civil Penalty Amounts Under Bipartisan Infrastructure Law
The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) has finalized a rule adjusting civil penalty amounts for 2022, in line with the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL), also known as the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, enacted on November 15, 2021.
