Great Dane, LLC Denies Petition for Decision of Inconsequential Noncompliance

Great Dane, LLC has denied its petition to the NHTSA, stating that certain model year 2019 Great Dane Freedom Platform trailers do not meet Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards for rear impact guards and protection. The noncompliance report was filed on January 2, 2019, and the petition was submitted on the same day.
