NHTSA Requests Public Comment on Proposed Collection of Information for Warning Devices Under FMVSS No. 125
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) is seeking public comment on its intention to request approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for a reinstatement of a previously approved collection of information related to labeling warning devices required by Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) No. 125.
