NHTSA Requests Public Comment on Confidential Business Information Collection

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) is seeking public comment on its intention to request approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to reinstate a previously approved information collection without changes. The agency must first solicit public comment on the proposed collection, which involves confidential business information, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
