NHTSA Requests Public Comment on New Information Collection for DRE Officers' Performance Improvement
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) is seeking public comment on a new information collection to study ways to improve Drug Recognition Experts (DRE) officers' performance and law enforcement agencies' DRE programs, a requirement under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
