Reallotment of FY 2018 Funds for the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP)

Summary

The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has made a preliminary determination that FY 2018 LIHEAP funds are available for reallocation to eligible States, Territories, Tribes, and Tribal Organizations that received FY 2019 direct LIHEAP grants. These funds cannot be applied for by subgrantees or other entities.
