US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Determines No Companies Qualify for Separate Rate in Vietnam Frozen Shrimp Antidumping Review

Summary

The US Department of Commerce has preliminarily determined that no companies under review qualify for a separate rate in the antidumping duty review of certain frozen warmwater shrimp from Vietnam, and therefore, these companies are considered part of the Vietnam-Wide entity, covering the period from February 1, 2018, to January 31, 2019. Interested parties are invited to comment on these preliminary results.
