US Department of Commerce Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review and Preliminary Determination of No Shipments for Certain Hot-Rolled Steel Flat Products from Turkey

Summary

The US Department of Commerce has preliminarily found that two Turkish companies, Colakoglu Metalurji A.S. and Colakoglu Dis Ticaret A.S., sold hot-rolled steel products in the US at prices below their normal value between October 1, 2017 and September 30, 2018. The Commerce Department also determined that another Turkish company, Eregli Demir ve Celik Fabrikalari T.A.S. and Iskenderun Iron & Steel Works Co., did not ship any products during this period.
