Tesla, Inc. has received a decision from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) regarding its petition for inconsequential noncompliance with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) No. 101, Controls and Displays, related to certain Model Year (MY) 2012-2020 Tesla motor vehicles.
