Combi USA Receives NHTSA Decision on Noncompliance Petition

Combi USA has submitted a petition to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) for a decision on the inconsequential nature of noncompliance with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) No. 213 for certain child restraint systems manufactured between March 1, 2016, and September 2, 2019.
