TAP Worldwide, LLC Granted Petition for Inconsequential Noncompliance for Smittybilt SCOUT Trailer Kits

TAP Worldwide, LLC has been granted a decision by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) that the noncompliance of certain Smittybilt SCOUT Trailer Kits with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) No. 110 is inconsequential to motor vehicle safety, relating to motor vehicles with a Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) of 10,000 pounds or less.
