NHTSA Requests Public Comment on Driver Alcohol Detection System Information Collection Extension

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) is seeking public comment on its intention to request approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to extend a currently approved information collection related to the development of a driver alcohol detection system, which was previously set to expire on March 31, 2022, due to COVID-19 restrictions.
