NCUA Proposes New Privacy Act System of Records for Reasonable Accommodations Records

The National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) has announced a new proposed system of records under the Privacy Act of 1974, which will collect and maintain information on applicants for employment and employees seeking reasonable accommodations for medical or religious reasons.
