The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has published the 2019 specifications for the summer flounder and black sea bass fisheries, while maintaining the 2019 specifications for the scup fishery. This action also reopens the February 2018 black sea bass recreational fishery and adjusts the commercial incidental possession limit for scup.
