DOT Requests Public Comment on Proposed Collection of Information for Heavy Trailer Conspicuity Labeling

The Department of Transportation (DOT) is seeking public comment on its intention to request the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approval to reinstate a previously approved collection of information related to Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) No. 108, which requires labeling of retroreflective sheeting material on heavy trailers for improved conspicuity.
