NHTSA Receives Petition for Importation of Nonconforming Harley Davidson Tri Glide Motorcycles
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration has received a petition to allow the importation of model year 2018 Harley Davidson Tri Glide motorcycles that do not meet all applicable Federal motor vehicle safety standards, as they are substantially similar to U.S.-certified versions and can be modified to comply with safety standards.
