NCUA Seeks Comments on Proposed Rule for Credit Union Service Organizations (CUSOs)

The NCUA Board is seeking public input on a proposed rule that would expand the activities and services allowed for CUSOs, including loan origination and investment authority, and grant the Board more flexibility in approving these activities.
