Summary

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has issued an incidental harassment authorization to the San Francisco Water Emergency Transportation Authority (WETA) to allow for the incidental harassment of marine mammals during construction activities for the Central Bay Operations and Maintenance Facility Project in Alameda, California, as required by the Marine Mammal Protection Act (MMPA).
