NMFS Issues Revised Scup Specifications and Summer Flounder Accountability Measure for 2018 and Projected 2019

Summary

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has announced revised scup catch limits for 2018 and projected catch limits for 2019, as well as a summer flounder accountability measure for 2018, to ensure compliance with the Summer Flounder, Scup, and Black Sea Bass Fishery Management Plan and the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act.
