Department of Transportation Seeks Public Comment on Information Collection Request

The Department of Transportation is seeking public comment on its intention to request approval from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to reinstate an information collection. The Department must obtain OMB approval before collecting certain information from the public, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
