NHTSA Extends Comment Period for Automated Driving Systems Regulations

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has extended the comment period for its proposal to remove regulatory barriers for vehicles with automated driving systems, originally set to end on July 29, 2019, and now set to conclude on August 28, 2019, in response to public requests.
