Mobility Ventures, LLC Receives NHTSA Decision on Noncompliance Petition

Mobility Ventures, LLC, a subsidiary of AM General, LLC, has submitted a petition to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) for a decision on whether certain model year 2015-2016 MV-1 vehicles are inconsequential noncompliant with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 126, Electronic Stability Control Systems for Light Vehicles. The petition was filed on February 20, 2018, following a noncompliance report submitted by Mobility on February 14, 2018.
