Hemphill Brothers Leasing Company Granted Temporary Exemption for Motorcoach Seat Belts
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has granted a temporary exemption to Hemphill Brothers Leasing Company, allowing the company to install lap belts instead of shoulder belts in side-facing seats on motorcoaches, in order to meet safety standards.
