NCUA Reopens Comment Period for Combination Transactions Proposal

The NCUA Board has reopened the comment period for its proposal to add subpart D to part 708a of its regulations, allowing stakeholders more time to consider and submit their comments after the initial 60-day period closed on March 30, 2020.
