Autocar Industries, LLC and Autocar, LLC File Petitions for Decision on Noncompliance with FMVSS 101

Autocar Industries, LLC and Autocar, LLC have submitted petitions to the NHTSA, arguing that certain model year 2014-2018 Autocar Xspotter and Xpeditor trucks do not fully comply with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 101, Controls and Displays, but claim the noncompliance is inconsequential to motor vehicle safety.
