DoD, GSA, and NASA Issue Final Rule on Small Business Duties

Summary

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) have issued a final rule updating the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to reflect changes to the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2017, which expand the responsibilities of agencies' Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) and the Department of Defense's Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP).
