DoD, GSA, and NASA Issue Interim Rule on Kaspersky Lab Products for Federal Acquisition

Summary

The Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) are publishing an interim rule to update the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and restrict the use of Kaspersky Lab products and services in federal procurement contracts, in accordance with the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2018.
